This document is an engineering placeholder written to describe how the product currently handles data and safety. It has not been reviewed or approved by counsel and does not constitute a final, authoritative, or binding legal agreement. It will be replaced by lawyer-authored copy before launch.
1. What Coach Sage AI is
Coach Sage AI is an artificial-intelligence coaching tool trained on Peter Sage's published teachings. It is not Peter Sage, it is not a human being, and conversations are generated by software. It offers educational and personal-development coaching only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it must not be relied upon in an emergency. Coach Sage AI ("the Service") is an AI coaching assistant trained on Peter Sage's published teachings. It generates responses using software and a large language model. It is not Peter Sage, and you are not communicating with a human.
2. Not professional advice
The Service provides general educational and personal-development content only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not use the Service for emergencies. If you are in crisis, see the Crisis resources linked below.
3. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you affirm that you are 18 or older.
4. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may view, export, or delete your data at any time from your account page.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Specific pricing, refund, and cancellation terms are to be finalized by counsel.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to extract another user's data, or use it to harm yourself or others. We may suspend access for abuse.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you act on it. The full limitation-of-liability language is to be drafted by counsel.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the document version and you will be asked to review and accept again before continuing.
